We have had temps in the 40's and 50's through January and February, and it's been almost 60 or higher everyday this March. While the nice weather is enjoyable, we really need some rain. Fire Danger is already extremely high in the Hills, and there have been several grass fires in and around Rapid City already. So, let's hope for a wet April and beginning of May.
